matrixevents is brought to you by Matrix Magazine, a Montreal based literary journal. Matrix wants to let you know about all the exciting events going on around Montreal, and most of all the events Matrix has its dirty little fingers in. Our Pilot Reading Series, co-sponsored by the Quebec Writers’ Federation and Pop Montreal, kicked off an exciting fall season September 30th at Bar Blizzarts and built on that success October 28th at The Green Room. The next Pilot is November 25th back at Blizzarts.

Here you’ll find Montreal event listings from music to literature and everything worthwhile in between.

Additionally Matrix is sponsoring shows all around Montreal, following the success of this summers two outings: The Sunday Sinners, Sailor White and The Royal Mountain (mini) Band July 24th at Theatre Ste. Catherine and Placehands, The Letdowns and Feuermusik at Le Divan Orange on August 4th.
